← lgconsultants.co
Thank you for testing LinguaGnosis™. This form captures your findings so we can improve the tool. Please complete all 5 pages, then click Submit Feedback at the top or bottom of the form. Your responses will be sent directly to the LG Consultants team.
How to Complete Your Beta Test
STEP 1
Upload a document — Use the Upload Panel (see Diagram 1 below). Drag & drop your .docx, .pdf, or .txt file into the blue upload zone, or click the button to browse.
STEP 2
Review the Flagged Segments — LinguaGnosis™ will analyze the MT output and display flagged segments in a table (see Diagram 2). Each row shows the source, the MT output, the error type, and severity.
STEP 3
Check the QA Score — The QA Score Panel (see Diagram 3) shows your document's overall score out of 100, broken down by error count and severity. Compare this against your own manual review.
STEP 4
Fill out this form — Record every error you found manually AND whether LinguaGnosis™ caught it. Use the Error Category Tracking table on Page 4 to log findings by error type. Totals calculate automatically.
STEP 5
Submit your form — Click the Submit Feedback button at the top or bottom of this page. Your responses are sent instantly to the LG Consultants team — no email or PDF needed. You'll see a confirmation message when your submission is received.

2
Diagram 2: Each row = one flagged segment. Red=Critical, Amber=Major, Teal=Minor. Compare these to your own findings.
3
Diagram 3: The QA Score (0–100) reflects document quality. Critical errors deduct the most points. Note the error counts by severity.
* Required fields are marked with an asterisk.   Fields shaded in teal are auto-calculated — do not edit them manually.
